In 2003, Paul launched YouthResource.net >, a website dedicated to resources for youth pastors.
Paul said: “YouthResource.net really grew out of both calling and meeting a need. Most of the youth resources I used to purchase were so canned

that, if I didn’t totally rework them, my kids would be disengaged and rolling their eyes. As youth pastors, we have to do better than that. I decided to start writing things that deal with the tough questions of life that actually show up in the world of a teenager.”
Since then, the website has been utilized on an ongoing basis by nearly 10,000 youth pastors across the United States and in several other countries. YouthResource.net predominantly contains curriculum Paul wrote for his own youth groups and archived on the website.
Paul has also written pop culture resources exclusively for NextGen Publishing (Next Gen Publishing is not affiliated with Next

Generation Ministries). Among them are: “Unlikely Heroes” based on the hit movie Napoleon Dynamite, and “Diary of a Superhero” series based on superheroes in film.
